NOT just a minor update

GIANT UPDATE this time

While version 2 and 3 were just simple bug updates, Version 4 replaces a lot of stuff.

At request of the creator, Crafty has been removed and replaced with a new face, Grouchy!!!

Oliver's sprites to use his current design

Oliver, MARIO. and Glitch's game over screens got a small update

Phone Call was replaced so no more AI Voices

Major tweaks to the characters AI to lessen the chance of Minus.EXE and Oliver to appear at the same time.
